“Thanks to the cooperation of the State with local authorities, firstly the communities of municipalities, and agglomerations, a municipality, an association and the La Poste group, and the mobilization of nine operators, each Lotois can less than 20 minutes access in one place the main public services provided by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Finance, Pôle emploi, Retirement Insurance, Health Insurance , the Family Allowance Fund, the Agricultural Social Mutual, La Poste and the CROUS (as part of an experiment in the Lot)”, welcome the State services in the Lot.
This meeting made it possible to underline the satisfaction of users (up to 96%) with the reception reserved for them, in a context of a very sharp increase in requests. The latter have in fact almost doubled since the creation of these spaces in 2020. More than 73,000 supports were provided in 2023, which is already 40% more than those provided in 2022 (51,784).
From January 1, 2024, the range of services offered by the France Services spaces will expand with the possibility for citizens to be supported in additional procedures such as Ma Prime Renov’, Ma Prime Adapt’ and the Energy Check.
