CONAKRY- Guinea coach Kaba Diawara was on the set of the RTG national television news show this Saturday evening. Kaba Diawara came to make public the list of players he has selected for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, scheduled for Ivory Coast.
As was to be expected, Mohamed Mady Camara was not called up by the Guinean technician. And he is not the only one forgotten by Kaba Diawara. The other big absentee who will undoubtedly get football fans and observers talking is Morlaye Sylla who plays in the Portuguese first division under the colors of FC Arouca. Injured, Issiaga Sylla is present as is Naby Keita, also injured.
