The big star Anthony Joshua, 34, became too difficult for Otto Wallin, 33.
Wallin lost after the Swede’s ring corner interrupted the super fight after five rounds.
– Otto is a true warrior, says Joshua in the victory interview.
To the tune of Abbas’ “The winner takes it all” Otto Wallin walked into the ring ready for the superfight where a victory against Anthony Joshua had opened all sorts of doors for Wallin.
But Joshua impressed and the tactically skilled Swede had had to fight hard after four rounds, receiving several hard hits and bleeding from the nose.

Escalated
In the fifth round it escalated.
Joshua landed his best hit yet on Wallin, a left hook to the face, and the Briton’s momentum grew.
And after the fifth round it stopped.
“I’m back”
Otto Wallin was badly bruised and the Swede’s trainer Joey Gamache stopped the match after judging that Wallin could not continue – and Joshua was awarded the victory by technical knockout.
– I’m back, Anthony Joshua shouted out to the audience.
In the victory interview, he chose to praise the Swede.
– Otto is a true warrior, but his ring corner probably played a big role in the decision. He would probably have wanted to continue himself, says Joshua.
The loss was Wallin’s second of his professional career. He has previously lost to Tyson Fury.
