Obras Sanitarias Sociedad del Estado insists on the importance of making a claim for waste, breakage or loss of water/sewer, and offers several means of communication to formalize it:

By formalizing the claim, it allows the company to know in detail what the problem is that arises and to attend the location to verify the situation.

Once the claim is received, the data is uploaded to a platform that informs a crew on duty, so that they can go to the place where the problem is. The deadlines for assistance to the site vary: if it is a claim “due to lack of water”, approximately 24 hours; claim for pipe breakage, between 24 and 72 hours; and if it is a claim for obstructions, approximately 24 hours.

In this way, each claim becomes an operational indicator, and constitutes a central element in the evaluation of the service.

Some information that is important to have when making the claim are:

  • OSSE account number (appears on the invoice)
  • Name and surname
  • DNI (in case of sewer claim)
  • Telephone contact
  • Exact address to determine the problem (when it is a Complaint)
  • Information about the problem that occurs
