Here is the recipe for preparing them at home while spending little and polluting less. The first thing to do is to get some moulds, then put the Marseille soap, twenty grams of water and three hundred grams of bicarbonate into a container.
Then you will need to add fifty milliliters of vinegar and fifteen drops of essential oils to taste. Then you will need to mix the mixture well until it becomes denser and finally it will be necessary to pour everything into the molds previously purchased.
To make the tablet easier to take, just put a little transparent film in the molds but leave the edge outside.. After a few hours, the tablets will have cooled and can be placed in a plastic or glass container to prevent them from coming into contact with sources of humidity.
