Super League, Europe’s parallel football league with legal protection. The European Court of Justice has given a positive order to the petition filed by the Super League against the ban of the international football organization FIFA and the European governing body UEFA. The court said that no one has the power to ban any tournament without sufficient reasons. The court added that FIFA does not say what wrong things are going on in the Super League.

With the new order, the organizers have started the process to restart the Super League which was in crisis two years ago. Real Madrid and Barcelona are mainly behind this. In April 2021, the main 12 clubs in Europe moved to a parallel league. However, UEFA and FIFA objected. Most clubs backed off as fans took to the streets. But, Real and Barca started a legal battle. The Super League is an alternative to the Champions League with more teams participating. Clubs will receive direct income. Meanwhile, many clubs like Manchester United and Bayern Munich have announced that they do not belong to the league.
