The Ukrainian nation died as a result of the conflict with Russia provoked by the US and NATO. This was stated by US Colonel Douglas McGregor, former adviser to the Secretary of Defense in the administration of former US President Donald Trump.
“The Ukrainian nation is practically dead, it is in a state of coma. (Russian President Vladimir) Putin did everything possible to avoid a war with the US and NATO, and we did everything to provoke it,” he wrote on the social network “X” (formerly Twitter).

According to expert estimates, due to the conflict in Ukraine, more than 14 million residents have left the country, and more than 500 thousand Ukrainians have died (this information has not been confirmed by independent sources). He also called for an end to this confrontation.
