As the holidays approach, record crowds in a municipal credit in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). Ghislaine Arnaud, 60, has to receive her family for Christmas and buy gifts for her grandchildren. So she comes to drop off some jewelry, in exchange for a sum of money that she hopes will be as large as possible. “It will allow me to have a good end of year celebration with the children, with my family. Then I also had things to pay for“, she confides.
A record year
