Exchange it for a stablecoin (e.g. USDT) and send it to the second exchange – please pay attention to the correct network and, if necessary, make a test transaction beforehand.
Depending on which network is made available to you (USDT is quite cheap to send on Tron), different fees apply.

You should stay away from something like that.
Keep cash flows assigned to the respective people and accounts separately.
In the case of donations, it is best to do so from bank account to bank account.
