Internazionale, leader in Serie A, has already been eliminated by Bologna in the eighth finals of the Italian cup tournament. Thanks to a goal from Sam Beukema and two assists from Joshua Zirkzee, Bologna won 2-1 in Milan after extra time.
The visitors did not have Zirkzee, who had already scored eight times this season, as striker in the starting line-up, but his compatriot Sydney van Hooijdonk. Just before the end of regular playing time, when the score remained 0-0, Zirkzee came in for Van Hooijdonk.
