As part of the Apple Self-Repair program launched service Apple Diagnostics for Self Service Repair.
It allows you to self-diagnose iPhone problems starting with iPhone 12. This iPhone must have iOS 17 or a later version of the operating system installed. And a connection to a general Wi-Fi network is required; cellular data does not work in diagnostic mode.
A second device will be required to perform diagnostics. This could be a Mac, iPad or iPhone. They must have iOS 13, iPadOS 13, macOS Catalina 10.15 or later software installed.
It is also possible to use a Windows PC. It requires Chrome 55 or later, Firefox 59 or later, or Microsoft Edge 12 or later.
The service is not available in Russia. Apparently it only works in countries where a do-it-yourself repair program is available. For example, in the USA and Great Britain.
