The pandemic meant that many couples had to postpone their wedding or modify the idea they had about how to celebrate their wedding before Covid landed in our lives. However, in the case of actors Patricia Montero and Álex Adrover, the virus was not the only obstacle that prevented them from taking the step towards marriage, but they were forced to postpone this moment on up to three different occasions.
Although the reasons that have led to delaying the wedding on up to three occasions have been very diverse, it seems that Montero and Adrove will definitely pass through the altar next year and this time, yes, they will get married in the presence of their loved ones in the summer of 2024, as the couple confirmed in their last public appearance at the 19th edition of the José María Forqué Awards.
“We already have the site paid for so we have no choice,” said the actor. Despite the nerves of recent months, the actor has assured that he is very calm, “fortunately we have people behind the preparations and that makes us very calm,” the actor continued. Although they did not reveal all the details, Adrover announced that the wedding will be atypical and unique. “It’s not going to be a traditional wedding,” said the actor, hinting at the uniqueness they plan for their special day.
For her part, the Valencian actress revealed that they are considering the possibility of the celebration extending over several days, near the sea and in contact with nature. Laughing, she confessed that she even considered the idea of getting married in a swimsuit, although they finally ruled out her option due to lack of confirmation from the guests.
What is clear is that the wedding will take place in the summer and that their daughters, Lis, eight years old, and Layla, four, are very excited about the idea. “They are very excited because five years ago I asked for her hand and now that the girls are older they will enjoy it much more,” Adrover concluded.
Patricia Montero and Álex Adróver met during the filming of the successful television series ‘Yo soy Bea’ while Patricia played Be, and Adrover played Roberto, the protagonists of the plot. What they never imagined was that this fictional love that was forged in the corridors of the Bulevar 21 newsroom would translate into real life, much less that they would form the family they have formed and of which they are so proud.
Last October the couple brought their new project to light: a sportswear line. The artist, who in recent years has focused on the practice of yoga and healthy living on her social networks, has created Yogimi with her fiancé. A brand focused on sports fashion, although Patricia emphasizes that they are garments designed “for all moments of your life.”
