Details: Zakharova said that the agreement “threatens the security of the Russian Federation,” so the Russian Federation will take “the necessary measures to counter the aggressive decisions of Finland and its NATO allies.”
She said that the Finnish authorities will bear responsibility for “transforming the zone of good neighborliness in this region into a zone of possible confrontation.”
