Zelensky’s Approval Rating and Trust Among Ukrainians: Latest Poll Results and Press Conference Updates

“Zelensky should meet with Ukrainian journalists and foreign press,” the agency said in a statement.

The day before, the Presidential Office announced that Zelensky would hold a final press conference on December 19, without specifying a time yet.

Zelensky’s rating

Data from the latest KIIS poll shows that Zelensky retains the highest level of trust among Ukrainians among nine politicians polled by sociologists. As of December 2023, 77% of respondents trust the president, 22% do not trust him.

The level of trust in Zelensky has decreased compared to May 2022, when 90% of Ukrainians trusted him and 7% did not trust him.

The previous KIIS survey showed a decline in trust in the Ukrainian authorities. The Armed Forces retain absolute trust in society – 96%. In addition, 88% of Ukrainians trust the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny (only 4% do not trust).
