The Ministry of Health and Population revealed 7 important tips to avoid digestive system disorders, which included:
1- Eat small meals to allow good digestion
2- Chew food well
3- Drink plenty of water to maintain body activity and avoid laziness and lethargy
4- Do not excessively eat sweets and animal fats
5- Avoid excessive drinking of soft drinks
6- Eat yogurt because it contains beneficial bacteria
7- Doing sports appropriate to your health condition, such as walking or other sports.
The Ministry of Health and Population advised citizens to participate in the 100 Days of Health campaign and obtain free medical service from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and continued: The campaign is available in all governorates of the Republic, and you can inquire about its services through the hotline 15335.
