– This is the second year we have been demanding that our KSK solve the heating problem, but we constantly hear various excuses. Today our patience ran out and we came to the regional akimat. Otherwise, people are not heard until you go to higher authorities,” residents of the 14th microdistrict complain.
According to the townspeople, after they gathered at the regional akimat building, officials paid attention to their problem.
– Representatives of the regional akimat, State Enterprise “KZhSA” and KSK came to our houses and are trying to jointly establish the reason for the lack of heating in the apartments. We really hope that in the near future there will be warmth in our apartments,” noted residents of the 14th microdistrict.
The city akimat of Aktau reported that the deputy akim of the city and the head of the housing inspection carried out explanatory work with the residents.
– Representatives of the Aktau city akimat together with residents checked the heating units and heating systems of the house. Specialists from the Aktau housing inspection department and the service company are carrying out adjustment work in order to improve heat exchange in the 14th microdistrict in the houses serviced by REP LLP. After explanatory work by authorized persons, all residents went home. To create an artificial drop, the maintenance company for these houses, REP LLP, together with the State Enterprise KZhSA, are carrying out adjustment work, the Aktau akimat reported.
