Paranoid: New Extreme Horror Adventure from Madmind Studio Receives Mixed Reviews – Is it Worth Buying?

Paranoid, the new extreme horror adventure from Madmind Studio, is available now, but it doesn’t seem to be getting much love considering only 40% of reviews on Steam are positive.

Paranoid is a psychological horror film that tells the story of Patrick Kalman, a 31-year-old man who lost his entire family under mysterious circumstances: his parents died a brutal death, and his sister suddenly disappeared for unknown reasons.

Having become practically a recluse, Kalman receives a phone call from a person who introduces himself as his sister. Thus, his life changes dramatically.

Despite the intriguing premise and familiar touches from the developers of Agony and Succubus, users criticize the game for having very little content (less than three hours) and a very weak second half compared to the first.

According to some reviews, the game could be completed in less than an hour and a half if not for the cumbersome puzzles designed specifically to slow players down.

On top of this, the game would have performance issues and a lot of bugs, as well as various glitches. All these problems explain why 60% of reviews are currently negative.

In any case, if you are still interested in Paranoid, then you can buy it for 792 rubles.
