Vazrazhdane Leader Kostadin Kostadinov Blocks National Assembly Work and Denounces Monument Dismantling

On Monday, we will again block the work of the National Assembly. Today they cut off the heads of monuments, tomorrow they will cut off people’s heads. This was stated by the leader of “Vazrazhdane” Kostadin Kostadinov to BNT.

“As we did on Thursday and Friday, although on Friday they themselves did not come, but otherwise explained how important it is to vote the budget. If anyone thinks that after this lawlessness we will continue to stand idly by, it will not happen “Vazrazhdane” sent reports to the prosecutor’s office because of the dismantling of the Monument to the Soviet Army and appealed everything,” he explained.

“None of us expected that there would be such a brutal violation of the law. The district governor ran away from us and hid. We had an appointment, she subsequently refused. We went in, saw the documents, there are no warrants. Then some documents related to the monument, from which it is clear that there is no order for dismantling,” added Kostadinov.

According to him, the cracks have been there since the moment the monument was cast: “This composition has lasted more than 70 years, and if it was so dangerous, they wouldn’t have had to cut it into pieces, they could have just pushed it.” .

Ivan Takov: The Ministry of Culture has ordered an immediate end to the dismantling of the PSA on December 14

“The removal of a monument that symbolizes victory over fascism is a restoration of fascism,” commented Kostadinov.

Kostadinov also commented on the decision to allow dual citizens to become deputies.

“People who will enter the government will be loyal to another country. Tomorrow, legally, a person who has a connection with Bulgaria only through an identity card will be able to become a minister. They are killing the country before our eyes.”
