How much will Wall Street stocks make next year? This is, of course, in the stars, but with the end of the year, well-known American investment banks once again set out to interpret the future and make positive as well as negative advertising for American stocks. The big banks currently disagree on whether Wall Street will be able to make a profit next year. There are several fundamental, but to a certain extent interconnected, unknowns lying on the prognostic table. The first is the specter of recession, which would understandably impoverish companies, people and, as a result, investors. The second is the interest rates of the US Fed, which has the potential to avert a recession by lowering interest rates, but at the same time, it is traditionally considerably more cautious in its policy than, for example, some Central European countries. And all this depends on the rate of inflation, which is simply completely unpredictable.
The stock market forecast is all the more complicated because a rather hectic rally has been going on for almost two months now on the American floor, which has managed to earn investors almost twenty percent since the end of October. According to some big names from Wall Street, it already enjoyed its growth “planned” for next year this year.
And that’s precisely because in the past few weeks, she celebrated with an imaginary expensive champagne all the positive hypotheses that even flashed on the headlines of the newspapers. According to some, however, criminally premature. So does it make sense to move your hard-earned savings to Wall Street next year, or is it better to leave them still in the safety of Czech savings accounts?
