The local capital real estate developer “Tepat group” has attracted almost four million euros from “Swedbank” for the construction of two energy-efficient apartment buildings in Riga, Ågenskaln and Teika, the bank reports.
Taking into account the overall poor stock of multi-apartment buildings, the bank is pleased with each new project, the implementation of which it can support, especially if high energy efficiency and daily standards are implemented, says Jānis Zaļums, head of the Small and Medium Business Service Department of Swedbank. This allows us to move closer to the bank’s goal of reducing financed emissions in the field of commercial real estate by 43% by 2030.
