Customer Focus and Trade Awards: Winners of 2022 Recognized for Customer Loyalty and Support

Customer focus was the watchword at this price. In times of growing internet commerce, customer loyalty is becoming more and more important. The focus was on the customers’ opinions and they made active use of expressing them over a longer period of time.

Thomas Voral, Managing Director Schwäbische Zeitung Region West and Sales Manager ZOLLERN-ALB-KURIER, welcomed the winners together with Marketing Manager Katja Kiene, the Sales Team Leader for Balingen, Jessica Binder, the Sales Team Leader for Albstadt, Christian Kopar and media consultant Sandra Hirt. The ZOLLERN-ALB-KURIER was the main sponsor in this category.

Thomas Voral welcomed the representatives. “Trade supports our local economic structures and increases the attractiveness of cities and communities,” he emphasized the importance of these companies and thanked them for the good cooperation and close ties. “Appreciating your customers is a really great thing,” said Voral, thanking the award winners and all the companies that took part.

Two first and one third prizes

The first prize in the trade category was won twice and went to the Brobeil nursery from Geislingen and Optik Metzger from Balingen, while third place went to Ski + Sport Mabitz from Albstadt.

After the official part, fine finger food was served for the business lunch and the afternoon ended with nice conversations.
