The new figure is inspired by Bunny’s iconic look on the 2021 Grammy Awards red carpet, “capturing the essence of her over-the-top presence and uniquely dynamic style,” Madame Tussauds Hollywood said in a press release. Crafted by artists at Madame Tussauds studio in London, the figure, dressed in patent leather boots and adorned with jewelry including a silver skull ring and a gold rectangular signet ring, displays the artist’s signature raised pinky pose.
“Bad Bunny has been one of the most sought-after figures here in Hollywood since his wax figures were released in New York, Las Vegas and Orlando,” he said. Linsey Stiglic, marketing manager at Madame Tussauds Hollywood. “We are proud to give Benito’s fans in Los Angeles the opportunity to get up close and personal with the artist, especially if not everyone can attend his upcoming Most Wanted tour.”
The wax figure in Hollywood arrives just ahead of Bad Bunny’s upcoming Most Wanted Tour, which kicks off February 21 in Salt Lake City and visits major markets including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. Produced by Live Nation and Rimas, the tour is in support of their latest album Nobody Knows What’s Going To Happen, which released in October. The set became Spotify’s most streamed album of 2023 in a single day when it made its debut.
