After a timid first part of the year, communities are now back on the banking market: since October, loan requests have increased significantly. The end-of-year cycle, which is always the key event for determining financing needs, should this year be particularly full. “In September, the number of requests was less than 25% compared to the same month in 2022. Today, with requests increasing very sharply, for the end of the year, we expect results comparable to those of the previous year” confirms Laurent Gautier-Falret, director of public sector and social economy at the Postal Bank.
