Peruvian artists launched a campaign that seeks to question the capital’s elites for their indifference to the deaths of civilians during anti-government protests a year ago. The new president of Argentina announced cuts in energy and transportation subsidies in addition to a 50% devaluation of the peso to address the economic crisis suffered by the country.
