NEWS ANALYSIS: It is a fateful week for Ukraine.

On Thursday and Friday, the EU’s heads of state and government will decide whether the EU should support Ukraine with 50 billion euros over the next four years. This corresponds to almost NOK 590 billion. In addition, a proposal for military support of 20 billion euros is being considered.
