State-owned construction and investment company PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) reshuffle the composition of the company’s commissioners. In this momentum, Deputy Chairman of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Dhony Rahajoe was appointed Main Commissioner.
PT PP (Persero) Tbk Corporate Secretary Bakhtiyar Efendi said that at this EGMS two agendas were discussed. First, the inauguration of Ministerial Regulation (Permen) for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) No. 1 and 3 concerning Special Assignments and BUMN Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs.
Then the second agenda is changes to the composition of the company’s management due to the resignation of two board commissioners. Both of them resigned because of their participation in the Success Team (Timses) for Presidential Candidates (Capres). One of the board of commissioners who resigned was PT PP President Commissioner Andi Gani Nena Wea.

“His replacement is Mr. Dhony Rahajoe as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner,” said Efendi, in the Press Conference after the EGMS, at the PT PP Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (13/12/2023).
Apart from that, Ayodhia GL Kalake also resigned from his position as commissioner. His position was replaced by Jaya Kusuma as Independent Commissioner. “In future, there will be no changes in the position of the board of commissioners,” he added.
PT PP itself last changed the composition of its directors and commissioners in April 2023 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). At that time, Anton Satyo Hendriatmo relinquished his position as Director of Building Operations and was replaced by Yuyus Juarsa.
The following is the latest composition of PT PP commissioners:
- President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner: Dhony Rahajoe
- Independent Commissioner: Istiono
- Commissioner : Ernadhi Sudarmanto
- Commissioner : Hedy Rahadian
- Commissioner : Loso Judijanto
- Independent Commissioner: Jaya Kusuma
