After a hard breakup, singer Miks Dukurs has been enjoying a new relationship for the fourth month and is with Andy Kalniņa, the head of the Bloom Concept brand, as reported in Gita Vīksne’s material “Mīļotās noskatas night club” in the “Privatā Dzīve” publication.
As Andy reveals, the two have been dating since September. They met by chance in the club “Skapis”, exchanged contacts, and soon after Mick invited him to his concert.
Singer Mick Dukurs officially divorced after 11 years of marriage. “The process was not easy, however, in a couple of weeks, an agreement acceptable to both parties was reached, which concerns alimony and life after the divorce as such,” declared Dukurs. He admitted that this was the hardest step he had to take in his relationship experience. “But now we both understand that it was necessary. Now a new rhythm has also been established, we take care of both children and work to make them feel good in the current situation,” said Dukurs.
Asked if he has not jumped into the new relationship too quickly, Mick says that he understands that what happened is a bit of a shock for some of the society. “I feel condemned for such a seemingly sudden turn. (..) I had been living alone for some time and had decided that I would stick to it, but then a turn happened that I did not expect,” Mick says about meeting Andy.
