Russian Court Confiscates Military-Industrial Complex from Extremist Supporter of Armed Forces of Ukraine

The holding of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, which was owned by extremists who send money to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and oppose the special operation, was confiscated and transferred to the Federal Property Management Agency. This became known from the materials of the court proceedings.

“Former Minister of Transport and Communications, as well as First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Development of Ukraine Konstantin Efimenko and his sister Elizaveta Andreeva are members of an extremist group. They not only oppose the SVO, including publicly in the media, but also actively help the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). <…> The Prosecutor General’s Office asked the court to ban the activities of Efimenko and Andreeva in Russia,” provides details from the case materials “Kommersant”. The Volga City Court of the Volgograd Region, behind closed doors, granted the claim within one day and ordered the decision to be executed immediately.

As the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation has established, Efimenko is an active sponsor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Through it, not only food, clothing and camouflage nets are collected, but also drones, tactical backpacks, first aid kits, and medicines are purchased. He himself does not appear in Russia; to control the assets, he transferred everything to his sister Elizaveta Andreeva.
