The manager of La Tôlerie Industrielle de Brezolles, Philippe Sandrin, is keen to train his future recruits himself, to ensure a guarantee of quality. Men and women can apply within the company for several industrial positions.
A first visit has already taken place with potential candidates, following the upcoming closure of Stellantis. To rehire these workers, a visit had been planned, in collaboration with Pôle Emploi. The Brezolles town hall had also disseminated the information, and a group was therefore able to visit the large TIB factory.
If it continues on this path, TIB risks having to expand its factory again, to respond to the increase in its order book.
