Strong of opinion and self-confident: The ADC workshop for creative young women took place in Hamburg two weeks ago. HORIZONT asked the participants in advance about important topics.

For the third time, the Art Directors Club for Germany (ADC) invited young, female creatives to the two-day workshop of the ADC Future Females program in Hamburg. Lectures by Christine Wolburg (BVG), Dora Osinde (Ogilvy), Valentina Culatti (Snapchat) and Gabriele Fischer (Brand Eins), among others, as well as coaching were on the program. HORIZONT, ​​which accompanies the ADC Future Females as a media partner, provided the participants with questions about careers, sexism and managers in advance.
