FEOL – The ten commandments of ice rinks

As with the use of any public space, the skating rink also has its own rules. In order to keep everyone comfortable and safe while on the slippery ice, you need to pay attention to one thing or another. This information is contained in the “Ten Commandments of the Ice Rink” of Kori Liget in Székesfehérvár, which can be read on the wall of the service unit next to the rink. The enclosed information should be read and considered by everyone – not only here, but at all ice rinks suitable for public skating.
According to them, for example, it is not only important that everyone arrives dressed warmly and that they tie their skates well, but they also ask, for example, that no one enters the court in street shoes. This seems basic, but according to them, it is not: the track – what a surprise – is slippery, so it is dangerous to wear simple shoes. By the way, it is not advisable to bring the mud onto the field, and not only because it has to be cleaned afterwards, but also because it is also dangerous.

In addition to all of this, any activity that may interfere with skating is also inappropriate: eating, drinking on the track, bringing in disturbing things, umbrellas – are not acceptable. Nor is it the case that the korizos are held up by some people: joking in groups, going against the traffic, resting at the backboard is a disturbing factor for those who would rather skate.
But if someone has fallen, help them up, throw the trash in the bin, not on the field, and as much as possible, don’t push anyone up!
