Three companies are changing their names completely

Last week we received reports from 3 well-known companies that are radically changing course and opting for a completely new name through a rebranding. Software house iFacto Group of Steven Arrazola de Oñate changes into Oxygen Group, the specialist in orthopedic aids Sprofit of Luc Thijs becomes Moovartes and the installer of sustainable energy solutions G&D Group of CEO Stefan Baeten, will from now on be known as Energreen.

It seems as if Santa has brought packages with name changes, because various Limburg companies are announcing major changes in their identity.

1. The first name to disappear is iFacto, the company of Lummense CEO Steven Arrazola de Oñate, which specializes in the implementation of Microsoft Business Applications. “After years of growth, we are transforming into a new and strengthened proposition under the name Oxygen Group“, says Arrazola de Oñate. “We did not just develop a new branding, but also a clear vision that we endorse with all companies in our group. Oxygen Group stands for the oxygen we offer to all our stakeholders to grow. Customers, companies, our 220 employees and potential new entrepreneurs deserve that. That is why we want to communicate and support this better as a group.”

2. A name you will not encounter again is Sprofit. Entrepreneur Luc Thijs, who acquired 100% of the shares last June, wants to start a new chapter with his company. “The vision we put into practice is characterized by ‘movement’ and this with an eye to the future. As a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of orthopedic and surgical products, we are now Moovartes through life,” says Luc Thijs. “The name consists of the combination of Move (movement) and the Latin Ars (skill). This summarizes our mission and vision in one word: movement. Because getting people moving with the right tools: that is our goal.”

3. Become a leading player in the installation of sustainable energy solutions from now on Energreen named. It is the umbrella organization of the various installation companies (10 acquisitions in the last 5 years) that until now were under the umbrella of Green and Durable Group (or G&D Group). “In recent years, many collaborations and acquisitions have been set up and brought under the Green & Durable Group. But now we have clearly opted for a uniform name, namely Energreen. Under that flag we want to become even more of a reference in the sustainable energy sector and beyond. grow into a pan-European player.”
