On Thursday, the ‘Pretty Woman’ actress was a guest on an episode of ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’, where she spoke openly about her experiences with drugs. When host Cohen asked her about the best drugs the actress ever took, she first responded doubtfully: “undoubtedly magic mushrooms,” after which she nodded and laughed.
“Children, don’t try it yourself!” Robert quickly added. The Oscar winner did not reveal when she took the drugs, or with whom.

Rumors swirled more than 30 years ago about Robert’s drug addiction, but they were quickly debunked by the actress herself. The reason for the gossip? Roberts broke off her engagement to Kiefer Sutherland just three days before the wedding was due to take place. She was then hospitalized for five days with severe flu.
“I can only assume that all the drug gossip started because I was too thin. And it’s just absurd, you know. I don’t know how someone who would use drugs could function. I’ve never done drugs and I think it’s boring to be a young actor in Hollywood and not have a drug problem. Well, then I’m boring and that’s fine with me, because I have clear skin and clean arms and I’m just thin. Period. The end. Stop bullying me,” she told Entertainment Weekly in 1991. She labeled the gossip as “absurd and frustrating.”
Yet Roberts now reveals that she has since come into contact with drugs. However, the ‘Notting Hill’ star does not wish to share any further details.
