Bucsa, 90th WTA player in the world, will face the winner of the upcoming match between Jessika Ponchet and wild card Audrey Albie in the quarter-finals of the Angers Open.
The Spanish tennis player eliminated Frenchwoman Alice Robbe (6-1, 2-6, 6-1), before her success against Boskovic, ranked 214th in the WTA, on Wednesday.
The Croatian tennis player won against French wild card Harmony Tan (1-6, 6-4, 6-3).
