Duration of the market: Each element of the mission is accompanied by an execution deadline, starting from the decision of the project owner to initiate or continue the project.
Elements of the mission; Execution deadlines from the decision notified by the MOA:

– AVP; Preliminary studies; 3 months
– PRO/DCE; Project ; 3 months
-ACT; Assistance in awarding works contracts; 2 weeks Scheduling, management and coordination:
– DET; Management of the execution of the work contract(s); Estimated duration: 7 months
– Visa; Examination of compliance of execution with the project and approval; Estimated duration: 7 months
– AOR; Assistance during reception operations and during the warranty period; Estimated duration: 7 months

The supporting documents to be produced and the award criteria are mentioned in the Consultation Regulations. Bids must be submitted electronically on the same site.
