Job offer Community Manager (M/F/NB) – Villeurbanne (69)

Passtech Games is looking to train a Community Manager on a 7-month renewable fixed-term contract to join the studio team and work on our game currently in early access: Ravenswatch.

Your role will be to support the Communications team for our game and the studio. You will be in direct collaboration with and under the responsibility of the Communications Manager to ensure the management of our social network accounts, the animation of our community on different platforms, and follow player feedback throughout Ravenswatch updates.

Among your tasks:

• Create content for our Passtech Games social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), or even develop new platforms
• Design social media strategies for different communication beats
• Liven up our game communities on Discord, Reddit and Steam forums through events, answering questions and moderation
• Collect feedback, suggestions, issues from players in order to allow the team to analyze and address them
• Carry out studies, sentiment analyses, monitoring
• Update our website
• You may be required to participate in livestreams on Twitch, but this is not an obligation

This position is to be filled in person in our premises located in Villeurbanne (69), a stone’s throw from the Charpennes metro station. Teleworking authorized for 2 days per week.

• Mastery or good knowledge of current social networks
• A passion for managing and leading JV-oriented communities
• A strong interest in the indie video game scene, Roguelikes, Early Access, Live-ops…
• The meaning of words, a taste for writing, diplomacy and tact
• Very good level of English required (read, written, spoken)
• Team spirit, caring towards others
• An affinity with TikTok is a plus
• Experience in community moderation on forums, Discord, or other is a plus
• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus but not required
