The match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship between Minaj and Dynamo was officially declared unfinished and postponed indefinitely. This decision was made by the UPL directorate, the Transcarpathian club reports on its official website.
No date has been announced for this fight, but it seems clear that it will happen after the winter break. Thus, at the moment Dynamo has 12 matches left – and 4 will have to be played outside the regular championship schedule.
The Minaj – Dynamo match was supposed to take place last Sunday. It started as planned at 13:00 at the Minaj Stadium. However, just two minutes later, referee Andrei Shandor stopped the game due to an air raid warning throughout the country. It lasted almost two hours, and at the end it turned out that it was not technically possible to finish the match due to the lack of lighting in the stadium. It was not possible to quickly agree to finish the match on another day.
