On the night of December 5, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2. The shooter developers reported that some bugs in the gameplay had been corrected. The information was published on the game’s official blog on Steam.
List of changes
Fixed an exploit that allowed players to see through walls by deleting shader files. Fixed a bug where adjusting the power of a grenade throw would sometimes be delayed. Fixed a bug where trying to switch to a grenade immediately after throwing it would cancel the throw. Can now throw a medium-strength grenade without delay if you press LMB and RMB at the same time. Player marks will now have the color of the marking player. Fixed an error in calculating “MVP for an ace” when the teams had a different number of players. Fixed the logic of the bonus for playing in the minority, sometimes incorrectly taking into account excluded players.
Previously, CS2 marked the bomb site at point A on Mirage and corrected errors on other maps. You can see the list of changes in the previous patch in the material.
