Villagers say they experienced a real shock when they received gas cavitation.
“A receipt for 18,500 tenge arrived. The neighbors generally received 53 thousand. Another person said that they received 32 thousand. They tell us: pay in installments. But I’m not going to pay anything,” said village resident Alena Nikitina.
Representatives of the gas company came to a meeting with the population. They explained the current situation by saying that everything happened due to incorrect meter readings. According to them, a similar problem has developed not only in Kudryashovo, but also in other villages.
“The evidence reached us in an incorrect form. Currently, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning has been applied to the controller,” said Tlekshi Ibatulla, an employee of the RCCU-Atyrau LLP in the Kurmangazy district.
The residents themselves complain that no one pays attention to their problems. Like, all the promises are only in words.
“Each resident personally entered into a separate agreement for the supply of gas. I explained to the residents their rights. According to the agreement, if they do not agree, the issue will be resolved in court. Now, of course, this will be under our supervision until the problem is resolved,” – said the head of the department of passenger transport and highways of housing and communal services of the Kurmangazinsky district Shynbolat Shyntemiruly.
In the small village of Kudryashovo, where about 2,000 people live, there are many other problems: there are no pharmacies, roads, water and permanent jobs. The administration assured that they are addressing these issues to the extent possible and funds are allocated.
