Among its exponents are signature dishes such as: “Merengata de Molleja”, “Entraña Incaica”, “Flat Iron Nikkei”, “Ojo Boniato” and “Su Majestad” among other delicacies, whose names say it all and are tasted both in preparation and in natura.
