Concha Velasco and her love for three famous actors: “They would have left Hollywood”

Concha Velasco passed away this Saturday, at 84 years old, at the Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda, in Madrid, as confirmed by his sons, Manuel and Paco, who accompanied him until the last moment. “He was holding Paco by one hand, and me by the other,” Manuel confessed.

She is one of the most beloved actresses in all of Spain. Thus she has been seen on her social networks, where she has received countless expressions of affection for her family, in addition to the visits they have received in the funeral chapel installed in the La Latina theater.

Manuel was there throughout this Saturday, and from there he was able to speak live on ‘Antena 3 Noticias’ with another journalist reference, Matias Prats. “The affection is absolutely overwhelming.. My family and I are very, very grateful to Spain as a country that has gone out of its way to support us and tell us how much they loved their Conchita,” said the artist’s son.

Manuel has confessed that his mother has lived “two very complicated years because she missed her job,” and despite wanting to continue in the business, her state of health did not allow it: “She was doing a show, ‘The María’s room’, what happened is that she was diagnosed with an illness that unfortunately took her away.”

Three weddings with three platonic loves

Afterwards, Matías Prats did not miss the opportunity to ask Manuel if his mother has managed to fulfill all her wishes, to which the young man responded that she only had three left: “Well, The first thing was to marry Sean Connery, then marry Harrison Ford and then marry Russell Crowe”.

“They were his last three platonic loves. As a teenager, she had posters of her in her room, in her little house. These were her dreams. She said ‘I’ve done everything in life’, and I told her ‘Mom, but they haven’t given you an Oscar’, and she replied ‘Don’t give me an Oscar, give me Russell Crowe’“, added Manuel, who later assured that “if they find out about her, they would have come to Spain and left Hollywood”.
