Artist Mohamed Mamdouh revealed secrets that not everyone knows about how he lost 45 kilograms, after following a diet for only 17 days.

Mamdouh said, during his hosting of the “Her Excellency” program, that his manager encouraged him to follow what is called “water fasting,” where he joined a group in a hotel supervised by a medical staff to monitor blood pressure and sugar levels.
