As explained by the Municipality, “when the situation became known, his family decided to begin the organ extraction procedure to be able to donate it.”

The procedure was performed by the medical team at the Central Hospital of Pilar, where the patient was hospitalized, together with the INCUCAI.

In this case, it was a multi-organ ablation that will save multiple lives thanks to the joint work of the HCP and INCUCAI medical staff.

“The woman who donated her organs expressed in life her intention to donate and help in a selfless manner and thus transcend,” they added from the Central Hospital.
