A complaint that reached the editorial office of the independent media Cuban Newspaper assures that a man who dedicated himself to repressing opponents in the province of Sancti Spíritus left communism behind and entered the United States with the help of the Parole Humanitarian.
According to sources close to his family, the oppressor was identified as Yurquis Companioni, who served for several years as the second head of military counterintelligence in the territory of Sancti Spiritus, at least until he abandoned his position and his country last year.
According to the complaint, he entered with a parole for four years after flying from the Island to Nicaragua. After that, she traveled through Central American territory until entering Mexico, where she lived near the border for a time.
The source, who did not reveal his identity for fear of possible reprisals, points out that it would have been Companioni’s sister who acted as a sponsor so that he could enter US territory.

The complainant considers that it is unfair that this person received the documents to enter the United States for four years, since he dedicated himself to repressing the opposition in Sancti Spíritus for a long time.
“He chased opponents and dissidents on his motorcycle,” said this person.
A quick look at his social networks shows that Companioni was on the Island until the end of 2022, and that, subsequently, he began publishing several photographs in the Aztec territory. Likewise, she joined the Facebook group ‘Tapachula Jobs’ last September, and another called ‘Jobs in Dallas, Texas, for Latinos’ at the beginning of November, suggesting that she is looking to settle into that territory.

Their networks also reveal that, despite having spent so many years persecuting dissidents in Sancti Spíritus, the repressor has now “changed sides,” something common among those snitches who They end up discarding what they learned on the Island after having the opportunity to escape the country.
Some of their latest publications share tips on how to make appointments in the CBP One application to enter the United States through the border, as well as memes where they criticize and mock the current situation on the Island such as repression and shortages, something which he surely would never have been able to do while remaining a repressor within the country.
