Honored as iPhone App of the Year, the AllTrails app offers comprehensive hiking trails from around the world. The user-friendly software makes it possible to find places off the beaten track and even includes filters to adapt the activities to your level.
Prêt-à-Makeup ran away with the award for best iPad app. This innovative application allows users to create realistic makeup designs via their tablets with over 700 virtual beauty products available with a single tap.
For MacBook, Photomator was named the best app. The intelligent software enables instant image retouching using artificial intelligence, making it easy to remove objects, enhance colors and add effects without the need for advanced image editing skills.
In addition to celebrating the best apps and games across devices, Apple’s App Store editors also selected five “Cultural Impact” winners, including Pok Pok, Proloquo, Too Good To Go and Unpacking, all selected for their ability to to create positive changes.
