The Unified National Public Competition (CPNU) will be applied in 180 cities, according to a list released by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services. The tests will be held in March 2024.

Of the selected municipalities, 39 cities are in the North region, 54 in the Northeast, 20 in the Central-West region, 44 in the Southeast and 23 in the South.

“It is easier and cheaper for people to take the test close to their homes. Furthermore, by paying just one registration fee, candidates compete for vacancies in various public bodies”, highlighted the ministry’s Secretary of People Management, José Celso Cardoso, in a publication from the department.

Known as the Enem of competitions, the first unified public competition aims to fill 6,640 vacancies for federal employees and will be administered by the Cesgranrio Foundation.
