Journalist Amr Adeeb revealed that the artist Mohamed Ramadan officially apologized to him, through his official account on the “X” application.
“Adeeb” published a post in which he revealed the details of the artist Mohamed Ramadan’s apology after several disagreements between them over the past months and commented, saying: “The artist Mohamed Ramadan called me today and expressed his apology to me for what he did towards me in the past months. I accepted the apology and may God forgive what came before. Thank you for the mediation of His Excellency.” Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh always seeks goodness and love.”
Journalist Amr Adeeb announced the prosecution of the artist Mohamed Ramadan on charges of insult, defamation, and misuse of social media, which resulted in Ramadan being fined with a final ruling of 300,000 pounds and obliging him to pay an amount of 10,000 pounds as civil compensation.
The crisis began after the court ruling was issued in the case of pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, and the artist Mohamed Ramadan was fined, as he posted on his social media pages a video clip of himself in the swimming pool, throwing plastic dollars.
After the video clip was circulated, the journalist Amr Adeeb, through his program “Al-Hekaya,” addressed the artist and said: “Oh, Number One, you did not notice that you have a year of doing misfortunes. By the way, not only do you, Mohamed, have money, there are people who do.” He has 100 times more money than you, but they don’t do that, Muhammad. We are the ones who think Moses became Pharaoh.”
The artist Mohamed Ramadan, for his part, responded to Amr Adeeb’s criticism by publishing sarcastic clips from his works, and combining them with the journalist’s statements, where he published a video of him from one of his films, beating the artist Hassan Abdel Fattah, and another from the series The Legend, while reprimanding one of the actors, and included A sentence in Amr Adeeb’s voice before Muhammad Ramadan responded to him without interest, “But, dad.”
I will know how to raise you
The journalist Amr Adeeb, the next day, came out on his program and announced the prosecution of the artist Mohamed Ramadan. Directing his speech to the artist, he said: “If no one raised you, I will know how to raise you, and this country has a law that applies to everyone.”
The artist Mohamed Ramadan, for his part, posted a new video on his Instagram page, carrying for the second time the voice of the journalist in the background, saying the sentence: “If no one raised you, Mohamed, I am the one who escaped you, it is not just you who has money.”
Mohamed Ramadan responded to him as he hit someone with his foot very violently in the video, saying: “I don’t care about you.”
The October Prosecution referred 4 complaints submitted by the journalist Amr Adeeb, against the artist Mohamed Ramadan, to the court, after it was proven that the second one intentionally used clips from the program “The Story”, in the journalist’s voice, with others in which the artist appears, with the aim of insulting, insulting and defaming “Adeeb”.
