Wyatt Russell Reveals Delay in Filming for Marvel’s Thunderbolts and Discusses Work with Kurt Russell

In sad news for Marvel Studios fans, American actor Wyatt Russell revealed the delay in resuming filming for the movie Thunderbolts, after its production was halted for months due to the Hollywood strike.

White’s words came in the presence of his father, Kurt Russell, during a symposium they held yesterday in New York, to discuss the series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, which is produced and shown on the Apple TV+ platform, and co-stars father and son.

He expressed his absolute confidence in the executives of Marvel, and that they will make every effort to see the company return to production after the stumble it experienced after the end of the strike.

He expressed his happiness at working with a large group of young stars, with Harrison Ford as guest of honor, under the supervision of director Jake Schreier. He stressed that the latter is passionate about his work, and seeks to make the most of the artists’ talents.
He hinted that the film’s story is exciting, although he does not yet know its full details due to the modifications, but he can say that the film will be exciting and entertaining, hoping that the audience will be patient and receive the film with open arms.

Joint work in which they do not come together

Meanwhile, White is focusing on the series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, where he and his father embody the same character half a century apart, in a work inspired by the monster movie series “Godzilla,” the last of the dinosaurs.

The two revealed that they were offered more than once to embody the same character, years apart, in the roles of father and son, but they insisted that their work together be through a distinct scenario.
Although they play the role of father and son, they never meet on filming sites or in work scenes, but Kurt would go to watch Wyatt’s scenes sometimes to see what his son was doing and his leadership of the character.
