[Communiqué] Gironde: merger of the Bordeaux company Yescapa and the Dutch company Goboony

Yescapa, located in Bordeaux (Gironde), is a company specializing in the rental of motorhomes and campervans between individuals. During the Caravan show, which was held in Düsseldorf, Germany this summer 2023, Yescapa announced its merger with Goboony, a Dutch company operating in the same sector of activity. This union aims to make these two structures a world leader in leisure vehicle rental. To achieve this, the two firms have pooled their resources within a parent company, in order to strengthen their presence on the European and international market.

Recently, they obtained funding of 7 million euros to strengthen their roots and their development. By the end of 2024, Yescapa and Goboony plan to raise between 15 and 30 million euros to continue their expansion. This sum will allow them to acquire new businesses, improve their services and expand into new countries. Present in ten European territories, these two structures support around 350,000 people in organizing their holidays, in more than 10,000 cities.
