President of the United States Joe Biden said Monday that he was “horrified” by shooting three hereditary students Palestine in the US state of Vermont. US authorities believe the shooting was a hate crime.

Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting that left three young Palestinians injured. At the time of the incident, the victims were attending a Thanksgiving holiday gathering near the University of Vermont campus on Saturday evening local time.

“We join Americans across the country in wishing them a full recovery,” Biden said.

Biden insisted: “There is absolutely no place for violence or hate in America. Period.”

Officers with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrested Jason J. Eaton, 48, during a search warrant in the area of ​​the shooting in Burlington at 3:38 p.m. Sunday, the Burlington Police Department said in a statement.

Authorities gathered evidence while searching Eaton’s apartment in a building in front of the location shooting.
